7. Morbidity, toxicity and mortality classification systems

7.1. For the assessment of morbidity, toxicity, mortality which classification system is the most appropriate for a patient undergoing a local-regional therapy? (just one alternative allowed)

Bozzetti et al. criteria ([45]) for surgical complications and WHO criteria for toxicity;
First round: 25,81 % - Second round: 6,25 %
Feldman et al. criteria ([46],[47]) for surgical complications and WHO criteria for toxicity;
First round: 12,90 % - Second round: 6,25 %
Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) v3.0 (updated version of the former NCI common toxicity criteria) ([48]) for both surgical complications and toxicity.
First round: 61,29 % - Second round: 87,50 %
